Mail problems

I have lived on the
Parkway for six years, and in the last six months our postal service has become
hit and miss. We have had missing mail, mail delivered late and several
problems with the delivery of packages. We have had lost packages, packages
returned to sender indicating that no such address exists, and packages sent
back to the post office for either pickup or re-delivery. There were several reasons noted by the
carrier: no such address exists,
couldn’t find our house, or they even said there was no place to leave the
package, which was never a problem before.
I am wondering if there
are other folks in the neighborhood who are having the same problems. When
speaking with our neighbors on each side we have discovered it is not just us.
