Local realtor Stephanie Gruver recently joined the RE/MAX Results brokerage group. The Hennepin County Board has approved $400,000 to Project for Pride in Living for its Foreclosure Redirection Program II, which will acquire and rehabilitate four small foreclosed Northside apartments  to provide 24 affordable housing units.
