Don’t miss the 14th Annual Holiday on 44th celebration
12/01/2011
Don’t miss the 14th Annual Holiday on 44th celebration, along 44th Avenue from Morgan to Upton, on Friday, December 3 from 6 to 9 p.m.
Along the avenue outside you’ll enjoy free horse-drawn hayrides, pony rides, fire jugglers, Patrick Henry Marching Band, ice sculpturing, wood carving, and roasting marshmallows over firepits. You can hear a reading of The Polar Express by the Workhouse Theater, and businesses all along the avenue are offering goodies, entertainment and great deals.
Inside Patrick Henry you’ll find the huge arts and crafts fair, choruses, blues band, face painters, and “make and take” gingerbread houses. Inside Loring School is the Great Bodini magic show, the Amazing Cow Boat puppet show, and caroling.
Holiday on 44th is a must do event in Camden – and most activities are free! See a complete schedule of events on page 7.
