Letters to the Editor - Am I missing something - Am I missing something?

You may have heard that St. Austin Catholic Church is closing, but St. Bridget Church will remain open. I can’t figure out why. St. Austin’s scoreboard looks pretty good. 

St. Austin has an elevator, air conditioning, full stainless steel kitchen, lower level reception area, superb pipe organ, extraordinary stain glass windows, ACCW Women’s Club, money-making craft shop, many dedicated volunteers, spectacular building, priest rectory with large formal dining room, kitchen, five bedrooms, two suites, office space, extensive parking lot – and is debt-free. So why close St. Austin Church?
