Take action if you’re ripped off

I read with interest the experience of John Bispala [from the December Camden News]. It is sad when a situation like this occurs and John did the right thing by asking the company to resolve the matter. If John hasn’t received the ink, or a refund, the Better Business Bureau urges him to file a complaint online (www.bbb.org) and dispute the matter with his credit card company. People ask us how these companies can remain in business. The answer is that consumers keep giving them money. And don’t forget to check out any company or charity you want to give your hard earned money to. We all have to beware of unscrupulous companies!
