Letters to the Editor - Thanks for the vote - Thanks for the vote

    I just wanted to take a moment to thank all those who honored me with your votes this past election. I was privileged to receive 82 percent of the vote, the fourth highest of all 134 state representatives. Your level of trust and support is humbling.

    I promise to continue fighting hard for the people of our Northside. We are facing difficult times, but our community has often faced challenges and we've always made it through by helping each other.
