We have a beautiful parkway in our Camden Community. The posted speed limit is 25 miles per hour.  The posted speed limit is not a suggestion. 

Recently on my journey home, I encountered a very rude driver.  He followed me from Lowry to 42nd, honked and flipped me the bird as he exited the parkway. I drive the parkway because it is a great way to de-stress from the day’s work. 

Don’t like driving the posted speed limit? Get on the highway.
